Our Facility for Equine Education

KarMik Acres’ facility was built to be shared with our participants during on-site equine education seminars, midwest horsemanship clinics with premier horsemen and working equitation shows and clinics.

KarMik Acres is a 10 acre facility with a spacious indoor arena (70 x 170), an outdoor grass arena (100 x 220) and a 60′ round pen.

The entire property is perimeter fenced for additional riding space and safety.

We have stalls available for overnight guests during clinics but do not board horses on a regular basis. Our stalls are spacious (12 x 12 or larger), rubber matted and most of all safe.

We may also rent facilities to host larger clinics and shows when the need arises. We like to keep all our clinics at KarMik Acres limited to a maximum of 10 participants to allow more one on one time. Traveling to clinics can be a stressful thing for you and for your horse. We make it as easy as possible for you both. Our clinics focus on making your equine education and journey farther into horsemanship as stress free as possible.  Join us for our next clinic.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes to either downtown Crystal Lake or the historic Woodstock square.  There are plenty of hotel options and restaurants.
