Karen and Mike Boso built their facility in 2002.

Karen has over 30 years experience with horses and has ridden with Ray Hunt, Martin Black, Buck Brannaman, Buster McLaury, Dr. Deb Bennett and others. Karen is busy with starting and foundations on several horses.  Karen is also a certified Level 1 Equine Specialist with the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EGALA). As student of nutrition with Dr. Kellon, Karen incorporates balanced nutrition as part of KarMik Acres’ whole horse care.

Mike has also ridden with Ray Hunt, Martin Black, Buck Brannaman, Buster McLaury and others.  Mike is certified under KC LaPierre as an equine podiatrist. He is working on his Level 2 certification with KC. He trims a very limited number of outside horses.
